Scheduled a plow and it was confirmed. Advertised as $35 for one plow, confirmation said $65. We kept it scheduled because we needed the service. They didn’t show for three days then send a message saying a plow was on the way and it would be $200. We canceled. Terrible service, terrible company, really left us in a tough spot.

I am so disipointed in this app. I have used it for several years but this year... I have been canceled on for jobs every time I have requested one (power washing and snow plowing) and then I have to figure out how to cancel the charge they put on my card when the job is requested. I feel that they need to either find more providers or stop taking jobs they can't dispatch. I really am very frustrated!!!

We used to use them for lawn mowing at our home in Plano, TX. The service was aweful and never on-time. I had to call customer service once because they over-charged for the service and it took 2 months to get them to refund it back. Never again

Please avoid this company at all costs. Abysmal customer service, bait-and-switch tactics, high prices, and, worst of all, no service on the promised date and time, all with no accountability. Please report their fraudulent activity to your local BBB and stay away!

My husband tried to use their service after an injury hoping that they would help us in a pinch . The guy who came had a push mower and a broom. I understand everyone needs to make money but at the price we paid I expected a professional crew . I cancelled my biweekly mowing and went with the other site fnh . So far so good with them but we will see.

Worst service ever. Ordered mowing on Monday and they were supposed to be here Wednesday to mow. No one shows, they say they will be here Thursday, no one shows, they promise they will have their best provider be here first thing this morning, still NOTHING at 5:30pm on Friday. Customer service sucks and they dont care if your job gets done or not and they dont care how well they do the job.

Terrible product please be warned!! Company utilizes non professionals using at home equipment. Blades are not sharpened so cut is uneven, mowers aren't cleaned so large chunks of grass from prior jobs are left throughout your lawn. They show up on random days at random times (including 7am), cancel same day and completely no show. Company continues to charge your credit card on a weekly basis despite weeks where no one shows to cut the lawn. They then dispute this and claim lawn was actually cut. Bottom line is the company offers a trash product and is straight up willing to steal from you.
