Excellent
So far the service has been quick and exceptional. I can contact real people and they were very helpful when I needed time to make a payment. The medication is perfect and I can’t think of one bad thing to say. Outstanding.

Accessible and affordable oral GLP-1's

The service team is great

Orders Unfulfilled, with no ability to provide a timeline
I placed an initial order for 3 products MIC-B12, sermorelin and GLP-squared pill. The products were approved, then I realized they made an error. I paid for the GLP-squared pill and they tried to ship me the injection. They shipped me the MIC-b12 injection I ordered and nothing else. I have followed up 7 times to see where the status of my order is, I have also requested to cancel due to lack of understanding their own supply chain and knowing where my order is and a timeline of when it will ship. This has been going on for over almost 3 weeks now.

I want to personally apologize for the pharmacy that caused this horrendous service. We have since severed ties with them from our network. Yourself and others were impact and we were not told of the backup. No excuses, they are gone. 2. I I have escalated a full refund to billing. Keep whatever medication comes your way. You’re not on a subscription service. I look forward to speaking with you personally about your experience. I am sorry we failed you.

Poor customer Service
I was really hopeful with this as the price was affordable but upon getting signed up quickly with Adam I have been reaching out with questions since the 16th, it is now the 21st, with no response from my team. I am ready to cancel my subscription because I feel like I want a team who cares and is always checking in

Genetic test and one hour consult
I did the genetic testing (which was easy to do) and one hour consult with Jayden Lee EMBA, Pharm D. I really appreciated the results and time taken. He did help me not panic at all the yellow/red on my test results. 😅
