Crap
I was constantly liked by 20 young women from all over the world everyday. Pointless. Then received generic icebreakers from supposed silver women who simply had a photo with no added details. When you replied to the icebreakers, it all went quiet. Then to cancel your account was not simple. I took four emails as the system didn’t work. All in all a total waste of time

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that PlentyMoreFish didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive attention from profiles that don't appear genuine, or messages that don't lead to meaningful conversations. Unfortunately, fake profiles and bad actors are a challenge across the online dating industry, and we're continually working with our platform provider, Hub People, to identify and remove suspicious accounts. Not every message will lead to a conversation, of course, but we recognise that genuine connections are what our members are looking for, and that's exactly what we want to help them find. We're also concerned to hear about the difficulties you experienced cancelling your account. Cancellation should be straightforward, and needing to send four emails is clearly not the experience we want anyone to have. We'd welcome the opportunity to investigate what went wrong. We've been operating for over 20 years, and we believe transparency is essential to earning our members' trust. We've published a dedicated page explaining our history, how our service operates today, and the steps we're taking to improve trust and safety: https://www.plentymorefish.com/post/trust-and-safety Thank you again for your feedback.
