Scam
Scam company. I placed an order and wanted it to get cancelled and refunded as I had placed the order by mistake. First they say they can't cancel but then they say they can modify it for me. The communications are of a scam company too, I have little hopes of getting my money back but I will nevertheless raise a dispute via my bank.
