PlayGrandCasinoReviews of playgrandcasino.com

This site and the rest of the white hat gaming should have licence suspended and everyone involved should be prosecuted for thetf. They obviously scamming people every single game rigged no matter on which site it's ridiculous and the gambling commission is put more and more restriction on players so sites like this has easier way of robing players.Shamless rats without honor and dignity

Add stay away.withdrawal takes days.but on other sites takes hrs

Awful awful company. Rude and arrogant customer service via email. Will withhold your withdrawals for as long as they possibly can making you jump through hoops with ridiculous requirements for verification. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Truthfully, I was so worried reading these reviews. But honestly. I won $1500 last Friday, handed in my verification documents, took a little longer than I thought but I was allgood. I got my money this morning, the only thing I would say, is you can't withdraw to a Mastercard so use a bank account. Thanks playgrand

I deposited 10 and won I wagered the amount they asked which all together was 9000 I withdrawn 2500 I kept contacting them as it said my withdrawl was in review then I recieved an email stating I had bet more than £5 which I had not all my games was £1 or £2 on slingo and when I was wagering the money if I tryed pressing more than £5 for the extra spin a notice would come up saying you can not exceed this amount I have now taken this thurther and will jot let this site get away with this! Do not join this casino listen to all the reviews and stick to the big casino sites in the uk

Deposited over a grand just to win 400pound which was half my stake only to be told after I need to send in documentation which I complied only to be fooled around and be ignored by customer service. Worse withdrawal process ever. No problem taking your money but once winning they’ll use any excuse under sun to prolong your cash out. I believe it’s to make a profit in between paying out customers. Will be contacting gambling commission once my situation has been resolved

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE !!!!!!!! 2 weeks ago I deposited £19 and it did not show in my account but it left my bank. My banks fraud team investigated and said that playgrand did Infact have the payment Playgrand still two weeks later refuse to give me my money. They say it is showing as "abandoned " but who would you believe ? A bank or a scam ? My bank have sent me a letter in writing confirming this and playgrand still refuse to cooperate in getting my money back I then today got playgrand muddled with another casino and accidentally deposited £20 instead of another casino YET AGAIN £20 goes missing. Total of £39 stolen from me & I do have evidence of this too. Be mindful that my first ever sign up was fine but after that they want to take all the money back and hold funds ? Please avoid I can't stress this enough Oh and the customer service is awful too

Avoid this casino!!! There are many better ones out there..... I made a withdrawal which is getting close to 1month which has never been processed, I have been asked to send my bank statement which I did, I got an email which clearly said it will take 2days to be reviewed since then I will get the answer"please allow some more time " is ridiculous......
