I have the grand mondial à 3 star because I almost waited 3 weeks before receiving my 2300$ winnings. I am a man of word. I got paid and I enjoyed playing! There biggest problem is the amount of time it takes for them to pay out winnings. Besides that Thank you Grand Casino Mondial for my winnings.

Brilliant site, I won £750 and even though my bank declined the payment from them, within 1 day of this happening they sent my funds via card and instantly received it, they were very helpful and fast responding to my query’s brilliant site never in doubt🔥

I had opened an account a while back and made a first deposit. Everything went well, until I made my second deposit last week. I got one spin in before they locked me out of my account. I have written a number of emails asking why I was locked out, but they won't even tell me that much. Originally they said to allow for "24 to a maximum of 48 hours while they run a few checks" on my account. Well, that was 7 days ago, and I am no closer to accessing my account or finding out why they have done this. Their support staff are incompetent and petty. I am now certain that they are just stringing me along, to what end? Your guess is as good as mine. I am done dealing with them directly as it has not done any good so far. I will be contacting the licensing board and as many dispute resolution resources as are available to me, and writing my tale on as many review forums as I can find. All in the hopes of saving others from going through this same bs. So, take my word for it, you DO NOT WANT TO DEPOSIT ANY MONEY HERE.

Awful casino, everything loads slow and they don’t honour any winnings from the welcome offer and don’t respond to emails.
