This is a scam. I was arranging Amazon music and at no time did I seek anything from players lounge. I did not give them any reason to take money from me. I did not receive any contact with them and only knew of it when I realised £19.99 had been taken from my credit card. I emailed them and they answered that they have no record of me and to investigate they needed the first six numbers of my credit card and the last four. Almost all the number. These people need investigation.

Like others on here. These are a complete scam. I was attempting to add a card to a kids football app and somehow they intercepted my card details and took £19.99 out of my account without my permission.

Dont pay the subscription guys, absolute SCAM. They trick you into thinking you'll get $50 to start off with and then they start saying that $50 enables you to twitch stream and play random people online - something you can already do on the PSN network without them If you're going to use this platform then just deposit upfront and play - DO NOT PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION The support team is the worst I've ever dealt with and its very clear all they care about is deceiving people into subscribing and offering ZERO services for that subscription. HORRIBLE SERVICE
