My order hasn't arrived in over 2 months , keep chasing customer support team who said this was delivered but couldn't provide a POD and not replied to my last 4 emails, really poor service

All the colors mixed up, received 4 instead of 5 shirts, sizes are inadequate, customer service lousy, spotify link doesn’t work. Rubbish, money down the drain.

I have been dealing with this company for more than a month now. I received my initial hoodie order roughly 3 weeks after I ordered. The product would not scan upon arrival. They sent me another one but never updated me with shipping information or the status of it. I received a slightly different product from the first order and it did not scan either. First they told me that it was not working because of the color combinations and offered me $4 from a $40 order. Then they offered me $7 and said that the product was tested in the warehouse before shipping and said I could send them back at my own expense. My next choice was $10 compensation. This company does not care about trying to make things right.

Please find another shop. Product Quality ist Bad and the QR Code for Spotify didn't Work. You wont get any conpensation for your Product.

Bought tshirt with (supposedly) scannable link. Took ages to arrive and then scan didn't work. They apologised, acknowledged I'd ordered correctly and then offered me $3 compensation!!! ...on a $30 purchase! No offer to replace and the cost on me if I was to return the defective item. Increased it to $5 when I declined! Complete rip!

Don't do it. Find another service either in the same country that you live that offers the same service, even if you have to pay a little more. With this company, even if you pay for express shipping, your product will still be delayed regardless. Now THAT'S a crime. I urge you to not use this retailer.

Do not order! They keep sending different tracking codes each time. After a month, they said something happened to my package and sent me a third tracking code.

Scam people! After a month of waiting my order still hasn’t arrived! They come up with logistic excuses, but then it appears that they never even processed my order! No refund whatsoever!!! Scammers
