The owner was super nice
The owner was super nice. The reason I will not give a 5 is because when it was time to drop off my car, the delivery guy made me walk 1 mile to get my car. Then their payment system did not work so I had to walk a mile back to get cash. My car was clean when they got it. It was so dirty when I got it back. On top of that I had to pay an extra $200 when they picked up my car. I was ok with that part because the guy was nice. The drop off guy was rude.

As we explain ahead of time, loading items outside the backseat or trunk can lead to additional fees for safety reasons. We also apologize for the walk—those tight streets can make it tough for carriers to get close, but we would’ve happily helped coordinate a better meet-up if we knew.
