Hello, I have been researching greenhouses for about 10 to 12 months and after much consideration, Planta Greenhouses always came up as leaders in the industry. Yesterday, Saturday Oct 3, I contacted Planta via website with numerous questions from foundation/soil preparation to materials/supplies, equipment and manpower needed to erect a Sungrow 26 Gen III. Paulette replied to me today, Sunday early morning with numerous links, suggestions, pictures, etc. She went out of her way to throughly answer all of my questions. VERY IMPRESSED with Paulette’s customer service!! Tony also followed up with some additional information on foundations, dimensions, etc. This is my first greenhouse and it has been a wonderful experience with Planta👍 I will definitely be purchasing my greenhouse Sungrow 26 Gen III from such a professional and knowledgeable company! I saw the planta greenhouses products at a neighbor’s. I was super impressed with the design and the greenhouse possibilities for my own needs. On that same day I ordered a Sigma 20 and about a week later, I received it in 7 boxes. I live in a pretty remote area in Quebec so I was quite impressed. I opened the installation manual and it was pretty straightforward from the begining till the end. Dont be scared by the numerous pages, the various sizes of nuts, bolts and washers, just trust and follow the processes and steps. I estimate that it took me about 30 hours to build it with close to no help and it was fine. It was like building a large Lego or Ikea furniture. Just larger. It wasn’t missing any parts and there were spare ones. I had to adapt some steps because my supporting deck was larger than suggested, but it ended up perfect. My first impression was how each part was made of materials that look good and of quality, how the structure quickly started to be sturdy, how the connecting parts fit with one another. It looks super good. Everyone around now keeps asking about that product and I’m very confident when I recommand them to buy it. Now, I’m just looking forward to produce vegetables and plants!

E-Mailed Planta requesting information on replacement parts for my damaged greenhouse late Monday afternoon (after normal business hours) and received very courteous and friendly reply in two hours from there Tony Stolyar with information that I could actually use. Thank you Tony.

Great greenhouse,I bought a 26 ft greenhouse. I'm a retired builder and have always grown my own food,I will say you need patience to build the greenhouse but worth all the effort. I ordered a 50% shade cover for the greenhouse, and it worked very well.

I’ve had my Sungrow 20 since 2022 and figured it’s about time I leave a review. Short version: it’s been great. I was a bit nervous buying something like this online without seeing it in person, but it turned out to be way sturdier than I expected. We get some pretty rough weather here in Ontario—snow, wind, the whole mix—and it’s held up without any problems. It definitely took a bit of time to put together (plan a full weekend), but nothing crazy if you’re patient. Once it was up, though, I haven’t really had to touch it. That’s probably my favorite part—no constant maintenance. I use it mainly to start seedlings early and keep things going later into the season, and it’s made a noticeable difference. Everything just grows better in a more controlled environment. Also worth mentioning: I did reach out to support during setup, and they got back to me pretty quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, super happy with it. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it.

Bought 2 Tobato 5 – Dutch Bucket Hydroponic Growing Systems. Worked great at first then the drip system stopped working. Now have to hand water the plants to keep them alive. Have tried everything to fix it to no avail. The whole point wast to have an automatic hydroponics system. Now I have a worthless planter. Don’t waste your money.

I live in Canada and purchased an Alpine model (24'x48'). We had the room on the property so went big and use the greenhouse as a storage area in the winter when I am not growing. We had a few shipping issues (damage) and a couple of window issues but we had the ABSOLUTE best Customer Service on every issue. Thank you to Paulette Thompson and all the team support provided to us since 2023.
