Very disappointed with customer service from Planet Granite - product seems ok, but we've encountered several issues with the installation only 6 months into the life of the island - and Steve and the Team at Planet Granite appear determined to put their heads firmly in the sand. No response on phone, email or social media. Very poor customer service and a disappointed customer that cannot recommend this experience. Evidently PG care more about new sales than existing customers...

I have just had one of the rudest phone calls in my life with the manager of this company. They have no clue about customer service. They have not had he courtesy to get in contact with their customers they have pre-existing appointments with during this time and tell them they are cancelled. Apparently it's obvious and I'm meant to know that from the "TV" well what a way to treat your customer when they've paid you such a lot of money for a service and would just like to have it confirmed that you aren't coming. Not every business has taken the same decision as you and so i don't think it is easy to assume that you wouldn't turn up and put myself or others I live with in danger.

Has anyone else had their order and fitting cancelled just before Christmas? Ours should have been fitted last week and the company cancelled on us the day before they were due to template. So I’m now left with no kitchen worktops for Christmas.
