If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. After sending me a defective asthma inhaler, PlanetDrugsDirect agreed to sent me a replacement. Fine. BUT they then charged me tariff fees on top of the replacement. So I am out of pocket. There's something rotten about a company that expects its customers to pay for its mistakes. When representatives repeatedly read off a script, referring to "company policy," and "terms of agreement," instead of simply doing the right thing, you know they're not worthy of your business. A search for the company's leadership team yields shadowy results. It's registered in Barbados and no names are provided. They obviously like to hide behind anonymity and shoddy service. Use at your own risk. I'm now using Universal Drugstore out of Canada.
