Stay away the ripped me off twice, never paid out even after i followed all there rules. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I attempted to make a withdraw using bitcoin only because I didn't like the questions asked with using a wire transfer to my back ( what date did I open my bank account) I've never been asked that question. Any way my request to use Bitcoin was accepted by planet 7, shortly after being accepted my debit card was hacked. Not sure if it was related but I became wary of this site after that. Well 10 days after my submission my 200 dollars I requested to withdraw was denied and the money showed back up in my P7 account. Any money that I had that was withdrawable was gone and the bonus I was working on was also gone. It only showed my original $200 as withdrawable. I have tried using the chat but only get stuck in the queue. Will be trying email next.

You like winning, and you want your cash out right away right? Knock knock Nobody home. This place will take 7-10 days minimum for you to see any funds. When there are other places cashing out same day even same hour. For this reason they will never see the type of profit other places will have.

This platform is a joke. I put $ into in only to find out there is no way possible for you to collect any winnings. Thay definitely made me feel nothing like a winner more like sorry ass looser that needs to find other ways to wast my hard earned cash. At least I could do is lose. Y cash to a platform that kicks back once in a blue moon If your looking to make it big, well invest your money in stocks, bitcoin, water rights or commercial real estate, but if you can’t figure out your w-2 withholdings then slots are just what the cell phone carries for you. Just don’t do it on any of these platforms give your self a 1:1k chance and swipe left.

I have gotten the run around from here. I won and have tried cashing out but I needed to deposit money 1st. I did and then I waited. I was told it takes about 10 days for the pending withdraw request to be approved. Im way past that and they made me verify my account after it was already verified. It took another 3 days for the verification to happen again. Im getting the run around and I thinking this isn't a legit site.

I made a deposit via debit card. I played in one over $900. But trying to get my money has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I send documentation in it it’s not correct, and then I find out that the only thing I can do when I use a debit card is to do a wire transfer. When I try to do a wire transfer, I find out that I cannot transfer into my checking account because my checking account doesn’t allow for international wire transfers. So I open up a different account so I can receive the funds and now I can’t receive the funds until I have 15 transactions on the new account and send them a bank statement showing that. My issue is that they should’ve said before I even made the deposit with a debit card what the requirements were going to be for withdrawal. Because I might not have deposited money then.

Yes people please stay away from this site and it's 7 or so sister sites. The bad thing about it is there giving the rest of the online slot sites that use Real Time Gaming slots a bad reputation. But there is many GREAT Online Casinos that also only uses the same slot provider "Real Time Gaming" that are real and pay out. But these worthless no good MFr's make people not trust this style of casinos. But in my opinion these are the best paying slots online. If you're looking for some real legit casinos to play here are my top 3 Favs. BettyWins Mr.O Adrenaline Jumba Wild.io Wild Eternal Elegant Goat Spins Extreme Brango Ozwin Crocroc Duckyluck

I won on planet 7. They gave me the run around about my withdrawal and ultimately closed my account without telling me why customer support Ronald just closed the chat.
