I received the wrong item and when I tried emailing to return it I keep on getting that its a wrong email.

I received no response to several emails.

I needed to return the pants because it was the wrong material than my other pair. This is a Hong Kong company, and I didn’t know it when I first ordered and will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE again. I tried to follow the steps in shop to get in touch with the store to return and never received a response

My pants got returned to sender and that was the last I heard from them. Sent about 4 follow ups but no response.

They duplicated my purchase. I tried to return what they sent without response.

It’s a scam! They never answer and never refund
