Disappointing service, unfulfilled promises, and unoriginal work
I wanted to leave an honest review so other buyers know what to expect before paying for services here. PKM Universe advertises a smooth, premium service, but my experience was the exact opposite. What is advertised on the site does not match what you actually receive. Once payment was made, communication became practically non-existent, and the commitments they made were simply not delivered. On top of the poor delivery, the setup and features feel unoriginal and heavily borrowed from other well-known community tools, despite aggressive claims of proprietary work. When issues arose, there was zero accountability or genuine support to make things right. Save your time and money—there are far more reliable and honest alternatives in the community that actually deliver what they promise.
