Order was Cancelled and Refunded
After placing my order I was surprised to receive an email saying that the material to fabricate the lights is out of stock and that my order had been refunded. No alternative was provided, nor was I asked if I could take a later delivery... only that I was refunded.

Hi Tim, I'm sorry to hear that. Almost all of our lamps can be produced, customized and shipped within 24 hours. However, for the particular size and shape you required, the raw materials were out of stock due to high demand. The customer service is fantastic!
The customer service is fantastic! The rep answered by call immediately. He answered all of my questions. He worked to get our tax exempt status entered and expedited my order. We had a correct quote within 12 hours.

Very persistent
It took such a long time to figure out what we wanted on our lamps. PK Green was very persistent and were willing to work with us no matter how many mockup versions we asked to see.
