Ordered an item on 12/8 for Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive until 12/28. They didn’t indicate that the item was coming from overseas at the time of placing my order. Otherwise I would not have ordered it.

The suit I bought was very good quality but unfortunately it's a bit tight so I wanted to either return it or exchange for a larger size. Even though the item was shipped to me from New York they told me I need to ship the item back to their factory in China, which costs about $70. Their solution was to tell me to just order another one (they gave me a coupon for free shipping) and give the original to someone else. I'm definitely not giving them any more of my money. So they can advertise that they have a return/exchange policy but it's so cost prohibitive that it might as well be "all sales are final".
