I paid for a sim card and two weeks later it hadn't even shipped. I contacted them, they said things were backed up. Another week later and nothing. I contacted them again and asked for the sim card or a refund. They eventually cancelled my order. Two months later and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've been emailing them for a month, sent the info they wanted and still nothing. Never even got to try the cell service but the customer service is bad. They keep giving me a runaround.

I would not recommend their service for anyone. They almost banned me from Verizon service, claiming that I abused the system by calling too many hotlines. I have never heard of such a thing. I did call a little more now with the Caronavirus, but that ABSOLUTELY is no reason to stop my service abruptly, and telling me never to call hotlines again. And if I do they will stop my service and put me on ban by them and by Verizon direct. They were extremely mean to me, and very unhelpful. I would run from them.

Worst experience ever. Emerald plan. Porting number over took 5 days once that completed they could not get data to setup on my device and blamed me and my device even though I did everything they asked including putting SIM card in a different device and doing a factory hard reset. Still got same results. Every call or chat ended with we will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. I gave them a fair chance. Based on my experiences. I would RUN from Pix Wireless it's not worth it. Not recommended.

Pix Wireless does not give refunds for any reason. So even though their site may say your phone qualifies this up in the air until you buy a plan. After receiving the SIM when it fails customer service walks you through a rude repetitive troubleshoot. Regardless of who you talk to the blame is placed on your phone and they pressure you into erasing your device. If that doesn’t work oh well your bag for not having another phone (their next instance). Most reputable companies will give a seven-day grace period to insure the service works. Stay away from them at all cost.
