We appreciate your feedback; however, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your project. Your e-commerce website has been fully developed and completed according to industry standards, as demonstrated here: https://pickleball.pixisflow.com/?eere . Any delays in the finalization of your project were due to a lack of response from your end regarding the next steps. Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive the necessary input to move forward. Additionally, regarding the Alibaba plugin, we clearly outlined in our agreement that third-party plugins are not included in the package. This is a standard industry practice, as such plugins require separate licensing or purchase by the client. The cost of this plugin is actually higher than what you paid for the entire website, making it unreasonable to expect it to be included. Even after explaining this, we made every effort to accommodate your requests professionally and transparently. While we value all feedback, we believe it is unfair to misrepresent the situation when we have done everything possible to assist you. Our team remains committed to delivering high-quality work, and we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.
