I ordered the small TV from them on TikTok. I’m complaining to TikTok now. This is a second time I’ve ordered from TikTok and it’s been a problem this company in particular send you fake or false misleading emails saying your package is out for delivery 12 times it said Alfred delivery when you call customer service they’re rude. Don’t order

I got scammed! Do NOT purchase from this company. They provide a tracking link that appears legitimate but contains false or misleading shipping information. My package never arrived, despite the tracking updates. I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and disputed the charges with my credit card company. If you're in the same situation, I strongly recommend doing the same. Don't wait 44 days hoping your package will eventually arrive—it won't. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money by avoiding this company.

Order was not dlivered after a month and a half of BS updates. No responses from customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! SPAM ALERT!

Literally so horrible. 😭🤬 SCAM. Never received ordered item. After multiple attempts. Emails lies . Charge went thru as a digi media out of Chattanooga TN. 😒 and the Note for the charge said Utility Bill. Like what. I hate this bs.

I have never received the item ordered after well over a month of notices by this company that the order is being delivered rerouted sent to the depot the truck broke down, etc. I sent emailed the video camera for a delivery or driver that never materialized. This is a scam and was not vetted by the platforms this products appear. I will file a formal complaint with my states attorney general’s office.

**Buyer Beware!** Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I placed my order in early July, and after weeks of waiting, I still have not received my purchase. Instead, I have been given one excuse after another, including false shipping updates, supposed delivery attempts that never happened, and claims that their delivery truck broke down. The pattern of delays and inconsistent explanations has been extremely frustrating. At first, customer service responded to my emails with more promises and excuses. However, once I informed them that I would be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting the matter as potential fraud, they stopped responding altogether. Complete silence. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience is far from unique. It appears many customers have encountered the same recurring issues and excuses. Thankfully, I didn't lose a large amount of money, but I absolutely regret placing this order. Consider this a warning: if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by shopping elsewhere.

So I can say I have been scammed. I ordered from them June 12th. And I have gotten nothing but excuses since. No access to the gates. I have no gates. No one home. I am always home. Truck breaking down. Not my problem. Get another truck. Address label suffered damage. So make another one. It's always something. Now it says its been delivered but its no where to be seen. Here we are in August and now they dont even answer my messages. At first they act like they care and are trying to find a solution and now its radio silence. Such a poor excuse for a company. How can these people live with themselves. My lesson has been learned.

Over a month since ordering, had claims they attempted delivery, but my door camera said otherwise, then said that the delivery vehicle broke down, then claimed the entry code didn't work...but I don't have one. Like others had mysterious charge attempts made with the PayPal that I used to purchase with.
