We're sorry to hear that the course didn't meet your needs. The course was advertised in the United States because we are a U.S.-based school so the timing for live events is based on U.S. time zones. Additionally, all live events are recorded so that learners who are unable to attend live can still watch the replay. Pivot learners have a number of live experiences to choose from so learners who live in a variety of time zones within the U.S. can choose the events that work for their schedule. We'd invite you to get in touch with us as we would be happy to discuss your specific experience in greater detail.
