I love the product. I ordered a replacement remote on June 10, 2026 and it took 11 days to arrive. I had to pay for shipping so I expected my order to arrive much earlier.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestion! We appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. A Day Pass for the PRO version is an interesting idea, and we can certainly see how it would be useful for users who only need premium features occasionally. We'll be sure to pass your suggestion along to our product team for consideration.
