PITS did an outstanding job recovering data from an external drive that died suddenly on me. It was the worst case scenario where I was temporarily moving data from one device to another, and thought I had lost a lot of family videos, etc, forever. Not only were they able to retrieve the majority of my files, they also were able to save my folder structure- something a local company told me would be impossible.
