PITS Data RecoveryReviews of pitsdatarecovery.com

I don’t think a review is enough space to express the graitude, joy, and overall positive experience one has when dealing with PITS Global Data Recovery. I had done some extensive research on reputable and reliable companies to go to when my HDD drive stopped working. I had been working on a time-sensitive video editing project for a wedding client, where if handled incorrectly, could loose all the footage of their wedding day and damage my reputation as well. The second I met with Zack, my worries lifted, I knew I was in great hands. From the second we began contact he was thorough with his price quotes, data success rate estimates, and explanation of the process. There are simply no gimmicks, he is straight to the point, personable, and there every step of the way to make sure you get every bit of your data back. I was told my type of drive was difficult to recover, yet Zack and his team restored my data above and beyond expectations. The price rates are far lower than any other quote in the area, and the customer experience is likely FAR better than any other in the area (you do the math). They even helped me and educated me on which drives are easier to recover from and how to prevent future data loss in case something similar happens again. Your data is precious and valuable, PITS Global knows this, they don’t take advantage of you and will be right by your side through the whole process. They do their best to ensure a successful process, and educate you along the way. If you respect their knowledge and hard work, it will pay off, guaranteed. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

PITS Global is the best and most honest company in this space I have ever seen. Zack was my specialist and he explained all the possibilities about recovering my data from my portable hard drive that was damaged. Pits was actually my second company that I brought my portable hard drive to. The first was WeRecoverData.com This company is a fraud. I guess they pay the most for advertising so they popped up first when I did a Google search. I brought them my device, paid them $100 for an estimate and they never even opened it. They gave me a quote of over $5,000 to retrieve my data. Not sure how they knew what was wrong with it, when they didn't even check it. Anyway I got my portable hard drive back and brought it to PITS. Zack sent me a quote the same day for less than a quarter of the price. He was honest, didn't charge for an estimate and always sent me messages everyday with status updates. I guess if your a large company that doesn't care about cost and likes to throw away money then you should go somewhere else, but If you want great service with a quality product then use PITS. Most companies take advantage of you in these desperate times because they know you have very important information that you need to recover. So they charge very high prices, but PITS did the total opposite.

PITS Global Data recovery services saved me and my business!! After calling a couple of companies to help recover my Seagate 6tb hard drive, PITS Global Data Recovery Services were quick to pick up their phone. They were very friendly and confident which helped ease my anxiety of a possible total-data-loss scenario. They understood the urgency of the situation since these were time-sensitive projects. They were extremely accommodating by recovering & sending specific files to me via dropbox to allow me to continue production without having to stop business while they worked on recovering my other data from the damaged hard-drive. They were definitely one of the fastest turnarounds I found in NYC while also being an extremely competitive cost. They are worth every penny and then some! They made this extremely nerve-wrecking experience of potential data-loss, comforting, professional, quick and friendly. I cannot express how much I recommend PITS Global Data Recovery Services! I will definitely be passing along their name to anyone who is in need of IT or Data Recovery services!

Zack went above & beyond to retrieve the data that was lost.

So excited they were able to retrieve all my children’s photos. Excellent customer service and responded quickly when I would email.

This outfit is ONLY 1st class with their performance and OUTSTANDING value and pricing. Snapped a thumb drive in half, contacted PITS, talked with Zack, he was as straight to the point and upfront about what I could expect as far as recovery and timing AND damn if he wasn't right on point! It's just such a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who is no BS and patient enough to walk a 'dinosaur' (my girlfriend's word) through the dealio! PITS, well worth the quick and easy call. Thanks PITS (Zack). Oh, and did I mention the awesome quick turn around and yes, all the excell files came through as if I still had the orig. Thumb drive! 🤸‍♂️ .....no I will not switch to the cloud! Robbie

Excellent ... Affordable Service A+

I am a professional management consultant, and I do a lot of presentations. I store all my data in an external hard drive, which is easy to access when you travel a lot, especially when you don't have an internet connection. A few days ago in NY, I dropped it, and it completely stopped working. I needed my data back urgently because I had a meeting after two days. I needed someone professional to repair my hard drive fast. I did my research on Google for data recovery companies and received quotations from 3 data recovery companies. PITS Global quoted less than others by committing 24-48 recovery time. They are the only option from the time point of view. I took my hard drive to their office as I was close by. The guy who met me explained to me how the data recovery process works. He was quite confident about what they are doing. The next day I received a call that they recovered the data. I appreciate the excellent quality of work they did for me. I recommend them to anyone. Notably, the account manager (Zack) explained me the backup strategies for personal use which was the indicator of how they value their customers. Thank you again. I am glad to meet you, guys.
