I'm glad I used their service.
While their service is not cheap, they did a great job of successfully recovering all my data from a dead hard drive that wouldn't even power on. If you value your data and want it back I can recommend this company wholeheartedly. I'm glad I used their service.

happy to have the photos back.
they were very professional and informative. I was so happy that they were able to recover all my photos from corrupted external hard drive. On the hard drive were 000's of photos I took freelancing for newspaper. Very appreciative. Tank you!

Really impressed with their process
Really impressed with their process, organization, and turn-around time. For my case, they were able to retrieve all of my files. They provide a secure and private virtual computer environment to check your files before finalizing work. There was one folder missing. I told them the name, and within 24-hours they retrieved the folder and all files within it. I hope I don't have to, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Great work!
