I don't usually write reviews, but this time I decided to do it for PITS. I had a project that I've been working on for almost 4-5 months, and it was stored on my new (3 months) hard drive. It just stopped working. Then I found PITS on the Internet and decided to contact them. John was very friendly and patient in explaining the whole process in great detail. The process, the communication, the speed, and the price. Everything was just great. I am very grateful to this team. 5 stars!

Within a week after being out of the city, my MacBook Air simply stopped turning on. I had no backup, so all my important documents were lost. I took the MacBook to several local shops, and they could not help. Later, I found PITS on the Internet and found that they have a drop-off point nearby. I contacted them and, with the shipping label, sent the device to their lab. From the beginning, their team was very professional. They regularly called with an update and made sure that I understood the recovery process. After a week, I got the call from Eric, and he provided me with all the information about my case and informed me that they were able to make an almost complete recovery. I am so grateful for PITS, and it is incredible how professional they were. If you have any doubts, contact them and ask your questions. You will not be disappointed.

Pitts was very professional and discreet and secure with data. I had an HDD that had stopped spinning the disk. They were willing to work with me in what I wanted recovered and sending the data back.

The people here are very honest, fair, and efficient. They were pleasant to work with and made the entire process much much less painful than you would think when you have lost everything on your hard drive. Communication is great and they seem to always be available. They were very, very good to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
