My experience with Pits was 100 percent successful, not only once but with a second hard drive. All my data was recovered at a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time. PITS Global Data Recovery Services was a lifesaver for a couple of old folks! Our computer went down, from a power surge switching into the generator, during hurricane Ian. We were unaware we had a problem because I was in the hospital three times in the month of October (I am the one who takes care of our finances). There was thirteen years of our financial life on that computer and would be impossible for me to reconstruct! Peter has been our contact person at PITS Global Data Recovery Services. Peter has made himself available to us and has made this horrible experience go very smoothly. Peter and PITS Global Data Recovery Services was our light at the end of a very scary tunnel. We are a couple of old folks who got great service.
