Right before the holidays, losing your data is nothing but a nightmare. My flash drive was corrupted. I contacted them and right away they sent me an overnight and within 24 hours they called with a diagnosis. They did their job. They recovered all footage lost from my hardrive. I'm happy they could find every single file. However, the price was high... reeaaaallyyyy expensive. I know they use high quality technology and softwares to recover every single file lost, but wow I didn't expect to be that expensive.
