Great job, All my data was recovered and transfered to a new SSD. What a relief it was. It took little over two weeks as I did not choose the expedited service but in the end it was all there.

These guys are great! Respond to questions very quickly. They offer a lot of options. They received my drive and fixed it so quickly. Provide all the instructions, free shipping, evaluation steps that allow you time to make your decision. I do wish there were lower cost options because I think my drive was in perfect condition, it was just locked making it an "easier" recovery, whereas they probably have to fix damaged/broken drives with much more precision. Can't put a cost on 500GB of 40 years of MEMORIES though right!!?!
