Eric Morgan was one of the most courteous and competent customer-service reps I have been privileged to work with. He spent a good hour in emailing me and a half hour online with AnyDesk connection to my Mac to reconnect two external hard drives with data recovered by his company.

Excellent Customer Service and 100% Data Recovery from Water Damage
I spilled water on my laptop during finals week and thought I lost all my research, artwork, writing, etc forever. Luckily, PITS was able to help me out, even after the computer repair company I originally dropped my laptop off with said it was a lost cause and potentially damaged my drive when they removed it. PITS was able to recover 100% of my data, and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Kevin Canto here is especially great, and worked with me to ensure that I got all of my data back, and even got me a student discount! I had some difficulties with my bank processing my payment through Zelle, but PITS were very patient and understanding the entire time. Thank you Kevin and PITS for getting me my data back!
