Just purchased my first items on PitchGround, and I’m pretty happy with all major parameters: Extensiv product information, simple redemption procedure and very friendly onboarding process. Their members area is well designed and comprehensive. Looking forward to finding more opportunities here.

My company has tried PitchGround once and the score we give is: 8.5/10. They have good deals but one gets more interested on the expired ones which seem to be more curated than some of the ongoing deals. Nevertheless we found the one! Unfortunately it took them 4 days to solve my payment issues. After that we were happy with their support and obviously, the deal! Hopefully in the future they will improve some of these issues and we will give them a 10!

Terrible company.Pitchground has no ethics whatsoever. They have stolen my affiliate commissions and never paid me even after they publicly acknowledged that I was not paid commissions because the were not due in February but would be due. Out of the payable $3000, they admitted to about $1500 in unpaid commissions.They sent me $336 and have not yet paid the rest although they claimed that they were ethical and would pay me for it. After I went public with my story, they released a "press" statement promising to pay the rest of my commissions in March. They never sent any money. Majority of the reviews of this are solicited and people are promised codes and other incentives when they make 5 star rating. Trust Pilot should never be a platform where people are misled. Please avoid their scam!

Complicated refund policy aside, I like the variety of software they feature and they are as advertised. Their support is non-native English speaker. Sometimes condescending and insensitive like putting smiley after telling you you're not eligible for refund but probably because of cultural differences. I'm a customer for less than 1 year so can't really vouch yet if the software will last for a long time. PS. Maybe put the refund policy in the terms and conditions and make the refund policy description clickable in the product pages so you won't be accused of being deceptive.

Very easy to use and lots of great deals

They have lots of good deals, really helps for people who don't have massive budgets

My first experience of PitchGround. I am a long time user of AppSumo and so have experience of investing in start ups, life time deals etc. I was impressed with the user journey, but also the personalised follow-ups were particularly impressive.

Great company. Great discounts.
