Plan on paying more then the original quote
I started the funding process with a couple companies. This one seemed to have the best option for me so I choose this company. After explaining to the other vendors that I was going with someone else, I should never have done that, options with this vendor changed and I was backed into a wall as the project needed to go forward. Beware of last minute fees with this company, plan on a 5% increase in fees when it is time for funding......

PIRS Capital is a great company the loan process from the start to the end digital signing all documents helps especially when you are press for time. I highly would recommend this company.
