I recently ordered a pair of jeans for my birthday, and even though the first pair didn’t quite fit, I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received. They were kind, responsive, and made sure I got the right size quickly. The jeans themselves are gorgeous and definitely worth it they have a perfect style and are great quality. Overall, I just want to share how impressed I am with this company’s dedication to making things right and how much I love my new jeans. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I absolutely love their unique styles that they offer. I love the high waisted jeans that come in all sorts of designs. Additionally, their customer service and communication via email is great. I cannot wait for them to restock a lot of the jeans I want to order and looking forward to new styles as well!

PIRAL has incredible customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans and the button was damaged, they immediately responded and resent another pair AND new size because they were too big anyways. I will absolutely be shopping here again :)

My Piral pants are so amazing - unfortunately, I popped the zipper a few hours into my first wear. When I reached out to the Piral team they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. They were helpful and quick to fix the issue and very communicative in the process.

I’ve read mixed reviews on sizing- I received two pairs of super cute jeans and they fit perfectly. I ordered my normal size. They’re too long, but can be altered (I’m 5 3 for reference). The fabric is thick, nice quality and the detailing is immaculate. They’re super unique! Can’t wait to wear these out!
