PIRALReviews of piral.com

EXCELLENT customer service! They are incredible to work with. I needed a package to arrive on a certain date, and they did everything they could to make it happen. They went above and beyond. Super impressed.

Absolutely love this brand! Have many pieces of theirs and when ordering another round of jeans yet again lol. I had accidentally not paid attention to the shipping address and realized when it was to late that it was being shipped to my old address. I contacted them and within a day they responded in corrected my new address! The customer service is beyond exceptional and I will forever be a loyal customer!

When it comes to damaged items, they have excellent customer service. They replaced my shirt quickly.

I had such a great experience with PIRAL’s customer service! I reached out about an exchange and they responded quickly and was very helpful. The communication was friendly, fast, and professional from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that values its customers like this, truly outstanding service! Highly recommend PIRAL to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional support.

I bought my wife a coat and was not sure about this brand because I never shopped here before. But the coat came so fast and was so beautiful with a great quality and affordable price. My wife loves her gift and the customer service is amazing very kind and helpful.

Very easy exchange policy and SO happy they had my new size in stock. Truly the absolute best pants I have ever found! I never find pants long enough for my legs and these are! Will be purchasing my jeans from here only from now on especially seeing how easy the exchange process is in case they don’t fit right ✨

The customer service was wonderful. They solved my issue and were super responsive. I also own a bunch of different jeans from them and I love them all! Highly recommend

I ordered the Bicolor Cap pants for my daughter for Christmas; I showed them to her to make sure they fit and she talked me out of them to wear now. Then I saw the premium sheer ones (also so cute!) and ordered those for her. These jeans are great quality and when I had a question, Customer Service provided a fast and helpful response. I’m happy to have found Piral!
