PIRALReviews of piral.com

Exceptional customer service. They were very understanding of my situation and worked with me quickly to assist. They were also very responsive, and responded same day. Brands with customer service like this will always make me return!

The customer service team is amazing ! Very responsive and accommodating. I waited awhile for a pair of jeans and they were a size too big. The exchange was seamless and I am expected to receive the new pair in lesser time than before !!

I’m honestly really happy with these pants! The fit is super flattering and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. The material feels good quality, and they look exactly like the pictures. They’re easy to style with both casual and dressy outfits. Definitely recommend!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Every piece is so unique, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed- it is the kind of clothing that always gets compliments and feels special every time you wear it. Their selection is unlike anything else, and I am constantly finding pieces I haven't seen anywhere before. Even better, their customer service is absolutely exceptional. Everyone I have interacted with has been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, which makes the entire experience that much better! Beautiful, unique clothing AND amazing people behind the brand-truly one of my favorite places to shop!

I did an exchange and chose the same pair of pants hoping the second pair would be longer and instead of simply processing the exchange, they contacted me to double check that is in fact what I wanted. They let me know the pants are actually shorter and advised against an exchange, instead offered to choose another style and assisted me with that too. I could have wasted my time reordering the same pair and find out they didn't fit the same myself and then did another exchange. They way they paid attention to detail and very responsive was amazing. Great customer service! Highly recommend their jeans too, great quality, I already own three and waiting for my fourth now!

Very easy to get in touch with. Live all their products! Customer service was amazing!
