This company stopped responding to my emails and did not refund me when they did not deliver my projector to me. My bank has now refunded my money under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

I really like the Product. Over this price, it provides great picture quality. Even the battery backup of the projector is excellent. With a single battery charge. It runs for more then 8 hours non-stop. Value for money product👍🏻!!!!!!

This product is useless. The HDMI connection produces a pixelated image impossible to read or use in any circumstance. The review system on their website is subject to approval so the buyer will never know how many real bad reviews this product has. I sent a support ticket 2 years ago about this issue and they just stalled me saying there was no ETA about the fix of this feature with a FW update. I sincerely gave up and tossed it into a drawer. Today I decided to turn it on to see if there was an update fixing my issue and surprise, there is NO update 2 years later. Really? This product is a scam, features don't work properly and they don't refund scammed customers. Also, I found the same exact projector on a Chinese store for 100 ish dolars branded different but the projector is exactly the same just branded different. Avoid this, really. You don't want to spend any money in this. Learn from my mistake!

I bought this as a gift for my husband's birthday after reading the excellent (now I know probably fake) reviews. On the first night we got it home, we set it up and started to watch a film on Netflix and it seemed to work fine. But we were sat right next to the router in our office when we first tried it out. We then went upstairs to project it on to our ceiling so we could continue to watch the film in bed. This room is directly above our office where the router is. It lost connection. We tried it in our living room, right next to the office... no connection. We took it away to a hotel and connected it to the hotel wifi - the screen was so pixelated that we couldn't tell what was going on in the movie and couldn't watch it - even though when our phones and laptops connected to the same wifi they were crystal clear. Also tried connecting it to my phone's network internet as a personal hotspot and it was still too pixelated to make out whether I was looking at a car or a person or what. We tried downloading from Netflix while right next to our router, then watching the download at a later date, but the picture was all jumpy and it was unwatchable. I sent an email to Piqo within 10 days of receiving it saying it was defective and that I wished to return it. They kept emailing me back asking me to try different things: try resetting to factory settings, try switching off wifi when watching a download, try wiping its memory as it doesn't perform well when it has a lot stored on it (it literally had one download) - nothing worked and by the time this back and forth had been going on (about 10 emails from them over the following weeks) they said they couldn't refund as it was now outside of the 14 days. I told them that when I contacted them, it was within 10 days, but they wouldn't refund. They said all they could do now was to repair it under warranty (I'd pay for shipping to China), but if their technicians receive it back and deem it not to be faulty, I would foot the bill for the return shipping. They also wouldn't allow me to send by courier??? I haven't returned it because I have a suspicion that they'll say it's not faulty. So that was an expensive mistake. Do yourselves a favour and buy an Anker Nebula from Amazon Prime instead!

Very disappointing. Picture very dim and cannot be seen in daylight. Need to darken room to just make out the screen. No tripod mount. Mouse track pad so poor as to be of practically no use. Customer service non existant. No reply to emails requesting support or returns for refund.

This is a scam. I backed this in 2018 and still haven't received the projector or the refund I was promised.

Scam. Paid for a projector and had the same experience as many others. Next batch yadda yadda. Can refund after all the batches have been sent out (which will be never). Sad really, because these Piqo crooks have also put me off backing any future project, however well intentioned.

I ordered and paid in full almost 2 years ago! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I have written countless emails. They went from promising delivery is on its way, next batch bla bla to at the one year mark when I pushed for refund, they wrote to say "Please understand that the payment that you have made was a contribution to the campaign and not as a direct purchase." This is an outright SCAM. I cannot believe places like Indiegogo still defend and allow their product to remain online when you can clearly read in the Comments section below that there are countless others who are exactly in the same situation as me. Indiegogo is just as responsible for this fraudulent operation to scam millions from people. I am looking at this site now to see if further action can be taken by the Embassy/ regulatory board. Pls feel free to go to china check up's site if u hv been scammed. Feel free to go onto Indiegogo's site and you will be able to see the Comments and testimonials of what I am speaking off above.
