It's a risk, but here's my take away.
Extremely unprofessional. I paid $200 and only got 2 pages (or about 1,000 words) of my book edited. They never wrote the outline I needed or did any ghostwriting and that's what I hired them for. They were terrible at giving updates I had to ask on the days they were supposed to give them and the second time they gave no update and I was ghosted for a week. My ghostwriter responded on her own after my report to PayPal. She was very unprofessional and her messages sounded agressive. I wasn't able to resolve things before making a report. After 8 days PayPal decided the case in my favor. Istudios that they work with (who I paid) refunded me. Thankfully I got my money back. This increases the review from 1 star to 2. I would've loved to work with them but the pace was way too slow. We never would have finished editing what I wrote (where they wanted to start) anywhere near the end of the timeframe let alone finishing the outline and ghostwriting I needed. Perhaps your experience will be better than mine. I'm just grateful to get my money back. Update: The company is lying in the reply. The tried to bully me I to keeping half the money and refused to refund me. PayPal sided with ne in a refund dispute due to overwhelming evidence of unprofessional behavior and initiated the refund. I had given the benefit of the doubt a little but to be nice and put 2 stars but this is the second time they have made claims in replies that don't reflect the truth as it occurred so I am updating it to reflect that by giving 1 star.

Hello, It is bewitching for us to see 2-star review when we have refunded the full amount on your first request. We never had any argument it was just not the way you wanted, and we refunded. We still request you to remove the review or add more starts to it as you yourself mentioned in your review that you have received full money back. Thank you.
