I have been working with PinProsPlus on a military coin for veteran alum for Louisiana State University Shreveport. The staff and sales team have been available prompt and courteous in every interaction and communication we have had. Working with a state university can take time and red tape. PinPros has assisted every step of the way with graciousness for our business. After four months since my first contact with PinPros, I have just received our custom coins. The extended time frame was in no part due to PinPros and wholey on the red tape of purchasing with a state facility. That being said once the official order was in the coins were delivered in record time and exceeded my expectations. This will be a great addition to our commencement celebrations and honoring our veteran students with their own LSUS branded challenge coins. I look forward to doing business with Rebecca and Adam from the PinPros team for years to come.

We have used PinProsPlus for many years. The customer service is great. They have been very helpful in making changes to the product that they make for us. After speaking with them about their pricing structure - they were quick to be able to negotiate a price that was manageable for our budget, and honoring our relationship as a return customer. They always provide a quick payment option, and the turnaround for receiving the product is predictable and accurate. Good people doing good work!

I sent an imperfect sketch and they made a nice design of it. BUT they did NOT communicate with me to better understand the details of the sketch nor the selection process we employed. I had to repeatedly send corrections via email; finally I was told another change would cost me more. Never prior any indication of change limits. Finally, the pins look GREAT.
