Nice Experience
My contact person Amy Hess is super nice and prompt to my concern. She made the entire process with smooth experience although there was little hiccups by another rep. There were lots of confusion on first hand as we switch to this provider but Amy patiently explained and drove us through each step. I would definitely recommend to my friends for their business.

Working with such a professional group…
Working with such a professional group of individuals make my life very easy when it comes to merchant processing. Always available even after hours when you need them when it matters the most. Nicole, Sharminy, Bryce, Nico all of the Pinpoint team can’t thank you guys enough for all the great years of working together it’s an Honor and pleasure. And a lot of fun and laughs as well. Great company to deal with!!
I love that everything was explained throughout the process and that everything is very personable. If there is anything you have questions about or need assistance for it’s literally at your fingertips and there’s always a “real” person to talk to. Mark is very knowledgeable and makes everything that much easier in the process.
