Staff is great. The patient portal sucks butt. I tried 6 times or more to get online to cancel an appointment. I could never get into my account. I was able to eventually make a new appointment. Ut I still couldn't get i to my account to send a message Just get mychart already.

Their fees are outrageous and unreasonable. I went in for a Botox consultation. I spoke with PA Beth Boyum for 10-15 minutes, I did not see a doctor. While I was there I mentioned I had breakouts on my face from wearing a mask. PA Beth Boyum prescribed some topical medication to treat the breakout on my face. PA Beth Boyum was helpful and friendly, but because I mentioned something besides the Botox injection I was charged a new patient fee and an office visit for a total of $528.36. That fee did not include any Botox injections.
