Communication is horrible; they won’t reply to issues with contracted service, the POD system doesn’t work and they refuse to give refund even though there was a clear indication of issues and failures on their side. Now they won’t return any messages or respond to ongoing issues.

I wanted to voice my book. Pinnacle Ghostwriting was the first to call…and email…many, many, many, many times. I got frustrated but something Isaac said made me change my mind. I gave them $400; Isaac went away and here comes Brian. I didn’t like Brian. I told him that I wanted my money back. He told me no. Now, there is NO production cost for them. NOTHING OUT OF THEIR POCKET, yet I can’t have my money back. This was right after Brian came on board that I changed my mind about voicing my book. Brian says that I’m not allowed to change my mind and get my money back.

There are no words to express my gratitude, appreciation, and respect for Pinnacle Ghostwriting. Their team of skilled, efficient, and polite members has given me so much help and encouragement to continue and complete my story. Their professional skills have inspired my family to begin working on another story

My first red flag should have been when I was called back the day after I said I needed some time to think about whether I would go forward or not. I told the person specifically that I would get in contact if I change my mind. I got a call back and was immediately offered a better deal than the day I spoke with him. Red flag number 2 ignored. I ended up sending the money without checking online reviews and after I did and found reviews here I immediately requested my money back. I was told I could only get my money back if I wasn’t happy with their work and I hadn’t given them a chance. This is a scam parading as a legit business. Please don’t waste your money with this company. I am poorer but wiser. I hope my review prevents someone else from being ripped off.

It was a great experience

What made my experience great was definitely keeping my communication abroad about my financial sources that was needed to proceed with my book, most team members worked accordingly with me and also as a first timer, some explained more details and knowledge on the things I wasn't familiar with, I love how the team comes together by adding and making my book into a reality/vison with my outlines I passed over, rough draft. Lastly, I appreciate them for being honest and keeping me on my toes with standing on business. My pros definitely out weighs my cons with this company and I will definitely recommend this company if anyone asks me for book references. Pinnacleghostwriting.com, started me with a deal that was going on and I was not sure if it was time to go for it but, I took a leap of faith and so far so good.

These people are awful!! Not only were they rude when I decided to go a different route, they have called me over a hundred times. This company is borderline harassing me. I don’t know how many times I have to tell them to stop calling me, but they won’t!! I blocked their number and they call me from different numbers. It’s been over two months and they still call me almost every single day. From this moment forward I’m writing a bad review for every single time they call me. Mad annoying and unprofessional.

I had a great experience! They have excellent communication and can be easily reached via phone call, text or email. They are very responsive and helpful. I encountered a number of events in my personal life which made it difficult to give the company more content to use for my book. They were kind, patient, and understanding. The work they do is fantastic in quality. I had a vision and the content and they helped me bring it to life in a way I only imagined. I received help with format, advice, helpful prompting and marketing during the entire process. This company wants you to succeed in bringing your written work to life. I'm so happy I was able to find such a dedicated team! A group of truly talented professionals!
