PinkPookieHey there! We're the besties behind Pink Pookie. We started this little shop because we were sick of that panic-scrolling feeling when something cute blows up on TikTok and suddenly costs 3x more. Been there, bought that, regretted the credit card statement. We're just fashion girlies who spend way too much time on our FYPs, but with a twist - we've got insider connections to spot trends before they hit your algorithm. We test everything ourselves because nobody needs another disappointing Amazon dupe moment. What makes us different? We find what's about to go viral, not what already is. No fake "original" prices or never-ending "flash" sales. We're super picky about quality (if it breaks after one wear, it's a no from us). Our Pink Pookie Insiders get first dibs on the good stuff. We promise to help you stay ahead of trends without eating ramen for dinner all month. That's why we have our "No FOMO Guarantee" - find it cheaper elsewhere within a week, and we'll refund the difference plus 10%.Staying trendy shouldn't be this stressful. We got you. xoxo

I wish I would’ve know the shipping would take a month to receive my item it was a birthday gift that I had for my sister. Shipping process should be better. Other than that customer services is good with communication.

The item has not shipped, and they have not cancelled the order despite me requesting them to do so a day after I ordered. They answered me once, but never again. Not only that, but the advertised image was not what they were going to send me as in an "update" on the product to anyone who purchased one, it didn't look the same.

Ordered Halloween Stanley weeks ago and no response from them except initial email saying they had run out of stock and it should ship in a week and I have never received it. No returned texts or emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
Nameless
Like many have stated, when I placed an order they ended up informing me that my order would be delayed. But, they didnt do so until I asked if tracking was available. I proceeded to ask for a refund and they told me there would be a 5% cancelation fee. Per there refund policy, no such fee exists. Ive contacted my bank and they need me to wait 10 days. Im documenting everything and just won't mess with them any further. Im going to go through my bank. Informing me of the 5% just felt like retaliation for requesting the refund, more so because it doesnt exist in there policy. Don't do business with them, with all the reviews and my experience, they showed they accept sales for items the do not have on hand. To me it says they've no inventory themselves, that they middle man and wait til purchases are made to buy them themselves from another vendor.

Total scam business. They take your money and do not fulfill the order. Beware

I bought the Owala Nightmare Before Christmas and it looks pretty nice, the only issue was the wait time but it was worth it. I emailed them bc I was kinda worry but they were very helpful and honest that it might take some time to arrive. I really love it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Winnie the Pooh tumbler from them and paid £40 for quicker shipping on the 3rd May 2025. I made the purchase and then on the 22nd July I remembered it and tried checking on the tracking. It was showing invalid number. I contacted the team the same day and only got a response on the 25th July. They asked me to provide a tracking number and said they would look into it. They started off extremely helpful. I shared the order number only to be told it didn’t exist. I shared proof of payment and the email I received with confirmation and they then ignored me for a month despite my chasing emails. When I finally got a response, they were very rude and said it’s not their problem and to contact the bank about getting a dispute and they continued to ignore me. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!
