Way too many other complaints!!!! PLASTIC!!! The tree we received feels like plastic, definitely does NOT feel like sea glass! When I asked for a refund, they told me I got what I ordered and NO refund. Therefore, this is NOT the "100% guarantee" either! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Beware!!! I ordered a sea glass tree 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I keep emailing to the “support team” and get a non discript computer response. I am not sure this is a real company at all! Now no present for my daughter!!!!!!

Received an email confirmation for an order, but my credit card was charged an inflated amount. No response from "customer service". Reported to my credit card fraud department to receive a credit

🐮💩Don’t get suckered. Complete scam. I received only one of the three pieces I ordered and it was not what was featured in their pictures or what they described. Not even close.

I placed an order for two sea glass trees obviously for Christmas. I needed them soon to mail. Website said shipping in 5-7 days. It has now been weeks & weeks! I sent email to question.. they stated “still unresolved “ (no kidding?!). I emailed them to CANCEL order not received as agreed, no response except “not resolved”! DO NOT PURCHASE from this site = SCAM!!

I sent away for the sea glass Christmas tree. It took me almost a month to get it. It is nothing like the picture. It’s just a mold of a tree colored in blue and green. There is absolutely no sea glass in that tree. I won’t even give it to the person I bought it for. Shame on your company. No more China junk!

I would give no stars and a poop emoji if I could. I ordered and paid for three sea glass trees on November 6 and as of today (December 10), have not received them. I have written multiple times and always get the same response.....it is in the shipping process. Please see the last info I received when I clicked on the tracking link. Unless it is now coming by Forrest Gump, it should have been here by now as it arrived in the US on November 20. These were to be Christmas presents.....thank you China Mr. Grinch Shipping Status 2023-12-04 07:02:16The delivery company is processing it 2023-12-02 07:47:16Shipment onforwarded by delivery facility 2023-11-29 08:13:25SHIPMENT RECEIVED BY DELIVERY FACILITY 2023-11-26 06:37:16CONSIGNMENT RECEIVED BY OVERSEAS FORWARDER 2023-11-23 07:53:31custom clearance completed 2023-11-20 08:45:31arrived at airport of destination 2023-11-18 08:23:45departed from airport of origin 2023-11-15 07:38:40Waiting to be loaded 2023-11-13 16:43:35arrive at international airport to abroad 2023-11-12 16:43:35Arrive at the sorting center for operation and transfer 2023-11-11 16:43:35Cargo leaving the operation center 2023-11-11 16:14:41Arrive at the delivery point 2023-11-10 17:40:41Shipment information received
