I also ordered the sea glass Christmas tree. I too texted right after ordering to cancel because I had a bad feeling about. I received no response to the cancellation, and weeks later was sent the same waxy, plastic tree that would not even pass muster for a dollar store. To boot, my receipt says my total is $38 including shipping, but my card was charged $48. I am in dispute with the company through PayPal. Their initial offer was a refund of 9.97 and to keep the piece. What a joke. This tree isn’t even worthy of my trash can. Steer clear of this website. I just checked the BBB and this site has an F rating. Wish I had checked it earlier.

I, too, ordered a SEAGLASS tree on September 6. It arrived todsy and it is NOT SEAGLASS, but a waxy looking PLASTIC tree. I immediately repacked it and marked RETURN TO SENDER requesting a FULL REFUND. Disgusting that any REPUTABLE (?) company would falsely advertise and sell something that is NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!!

After waiting 21 days to receive the two sea glass Christmas trees from pink gentle I was disappointed. I tried to cancel the order the day after I placed the order, but I was told it had already shipped. My order didn’t ship as the seller claimed, based on the tracking info the seller provided, so I should have been able to cancel it. It was advertised as being made from sea glass. The item is made from plastic. I want seller to pay for return shipping and provide a full refund. Now in the process of trying to get a full refund.

I ORDERED 9/6/2024 AND HAVE NOT REC'D THE ORDER YET . NOT HAPPY

I have been going back and forth with this company for a couple of weeks now and nothing has been resolved. They want me to keep the order and accept a $9 refund, $3 more than the first offer which was $6. I paid over $70 for something that was falsely advertised, and in their website it states “fast refund, money back guarantee”. I hope the other people who are having the same issue have better luck than I have.

First the delivery wasn't on time The bracelets all same size should have been one for son a man one for grandson the other for granddaughter. I'm very disappointed in your product.

Never received my product. Order number 4158s287210. And there telling me they can't find it I paid 34.56 for this product. It was a my son bracelet for my child. I want to know where my product is or refund my money.
