I purchased 3 of the sea glass trees hoping to give them as gifts...What is this stuff??? Not seaglass. I have been emailing back and forth since I purchased practically. Purchased Sept. 17 and rec'd Oct. 21. Tried to get the shipment stopped since it took so long. Now they are only offering me $12 (of an $81.00 order) compensation??? Plus, I was overcharged $12.15 to begin with! I don't want them and would definitly not give as gifts. Be very careful...False advertising and very hard to work with to return something. Actually the invoice says "Local Warehouse". Why can't I just send them back to there??? Still trying to get my money back! Update: Did get my $12 overcharge back, but no luck with getting my money back. They are now offering me $16 to keep. Why would I want to keep this stuff?? It was a falsely advertised product!! Please see that I get compensated!!

When I placed the order they overcharged me. After notifying them they refunded the over charge. Took a long time to receive then 1 item was missing. I contacted them along with the “order” showing confirmation and payment. They wanted pictures so I sent pics of the boxes and after digging the bag out of the trash sent a pic of the bag. Now they want me to try to remove the outer label and send I pic of that. I’m done with it. I’ll just dispute the charge on my credit card. What a mistake ordering from them. Ordered 9/6 and still ongoing. **** after submitting the review, I get a message from “customer service” telling me to submit order# to support website (unable to show it here) to resolve the issue quickly. Yeah, right. Tried it, no such thing! Don’t make the same mistake I did. Product I received is definitely NOT sea glass. Poor quality and zero help resolving missed items. CC company will just take care of it!

I also made a purchase of what I thought would be Seaglass Christmas trees but they are some type of hard resin or something. Nothing like the picture and I'm having trouble with customer service answering my emails. I would like to return these items and need the return shipping address. I've already sent pictures of everything as requested and now no one answers back.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the seaglass Christmas trees and it was not sea glass but rather a plastic mold of a Christmas tree....very disappointed. They misrepresented this product.i would like a refund Disappointed that pink gentle would not provide a refund. I will be disputing this charge.

If I could put not one star I would. They steal and cheat. NEVER Oder from them . Their plastic tree they send you in stead of sea glass. Then overcharge thru PayPal. What they charge did not even match the invoice they showed me on line after payment. I would have never known other then I had to start a dispute . Don’t ship back to China. Ship the last U.S. address on package. That’s where it shipped from when in the u.s. they are a terrible company. I hope they rot . Their review below is a LIE. I have a pending case through PayPal which they won’t respond . I have contacted the better business bureau and now my bank for fraud. As I said THIEVES

It was made out of cheap plastic you could find at a dollar store & when trying to return I was told to ship it back to China. This company is a sham! It is being investigated by the BBB! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ADVERTISING! I requested their return mail address and instead got an offer to refund me $17 for what cost me $101.48!!

They do the bait and switch on you. Their add had picture of a nice sea glass Christmas Tree and what we got looked like something a kid had made out of wax. The tree cost $38.00. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to return it to China at a cost of over $33.00. Why do I have to send it back to China when they have LA California on Facebook? They send a reply , I sent them 2 emails and have not gotten any response.
