I see multiple people posting the same experience as me: my Sea Glass Christmas Tree FINALLY arrived (it took about 6 weeks) and my tree looks NOTHING like what was shown on their site! It looks so cheap & sloppily done ... a far lower quality than what they represented. Not even the same color shown either! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Their claim of shipping in 1 to 3 days was a lie. It took 3 weeks or more to get and it was not even close to what was advertised. It is a cheap plastic tree for too much money. I will not order from them again.

I also ordered the Sea Glass Christmas trees and received something that didn't look like the image at all. Very cheap looking glass/resin molded trees. I immediately went to their customer service department. They will not issue a full credit unless I ship the goods back to China and have only offered to pay me about 27% of the cost as a resolution. Very deceptive bait and switch practice!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a sea glass Christmas tree decoration and instead they sent the CHEAPEST junk that was molded resin and did not even resemble what I ordered. It was totally a bait and switch! In order to get a refund, they want me to ship the item back to China! I noticed the switch shortly after I ordered and contacted them to see if I could cancel, but they conveniently were unavailable. PayPal has not been helpful regarding the transaction, either. Beware of this company!! They show something really nice and send you something unbelievably cheap. I will never order from them again. I am reporting them to my credit card company as a scam.

I put a review on here on Oct.14, 2024 regarding my experience with pinkgentle and my ‘sea glass’ Christmas trees that I ordered. See my review of Oct. 14. I paid over $85.00 for 2 trees ( after DISCOUNTS!!! ) Before I put on the review, I was emailing them a lot. First they offered me $6.00 to make it right. I said ‘NO’!! Then they offered $8.00 and then $10.00 to make it right. I said ‘NO’ again for those offers!!! After I put on my review, Abigail, the Senior Manager for customer support, contacted me and said they wanted to get this resolved. I sent my shipment # as she requested. How was it resolved? Did they give me a full refund? NO!!!! Did they up their offer to $12.00 to make it right? YES! It is such an insult to be offered $12.00 when I paid over $85.00 for 2 cheap resin/wax trees with NO SEA GLASS WHATSOEVER!!!! I ignored that offer and stopped responding to them. They ‘say’ they want to make it right, but those are just words. I would rather put on THIS REVIEW to save others the disappointment and frustration that I have gone through. DO NOT ORDER THESE SEA GLASS TREES FROM THEM!!!!! They are junk and it is a scam!

I ordered 2 sets of the Women's 2 Piece Sets Outfits Casual Long Sleeve Sweatsuits Sets in Light Khaki and Black. Using the measurement guide on their website, I ordered the Size Small. They took a few weeks to get here and when I tried them on they far too big for me. I wrote immediately requesting a return address as there was NOTHING in or attached to the package. They have not given me their address despite my numerous emails. Instead, they have offered me US$7 in compensation and for me to keep the track suits which is absolutely ridiculous and against Consumer Law. I should be able to return the items for a full refund. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY from this company.

Buyer beware ! I ordered 4 Sea glass Christmas trees that were advertised 70 percent off. I paid about $35 per tree. They all arrived and they are plastic or some kind of wax molded tree. Not worth $35 . So disappointed!!! Plus they also arrived a month and an half after ordering. Not as described at all and came from China China! Do not buy from this company.

I ordered the advertised and beautifully pictured Christmas tree made of sea glass several months ago (so don’t believe “ships in 1-3 days” it’s coming from China and they are in no rush to honor this claim.) What I received was a hard plastic painted mold of a tree. I sent several emails and pictures claiming false advertising as my reason for a refund. The response was an offer of $7 as a “gesture of goodwill.” I paid over $45 plus shipping, so this offer is insulting.
