I bought the Black Friday sale 50%off using promo code BF50OFF, paid $84 for a year. Thought it was a great deal. Was looking forward to upleveling my Pinterest game…it was working for a minute. 2 weeks later I can’t log in to my account. Said wrong credential, so I tried to reset password at least 10 times and I never received the link. I verified my cc was charged. Somehow they never sent a receipt. But I save all my log ins/ password, etc. Sent email, submitted ticket…crickets. For the amount they charge they should have at least 24/7 chat support. It’s like my account never existed. Now I’m currently disputing the charge.

Tried it for a year on a special offer. Did not bring in traffic or sales. Was ok with this as it was an experiment. Now cannot cancel. Have tried 4 times. Each time they try to take money again and I check my account and see that my subscription is active again. Have raised a ticket and it has not been acknowledged. Thankfully my bank didn’t have the money in for the payment and I have now blocked the company from taking money.
