After trying to sleep with this pillow for a week I just can't do it, it's uncomfortable and no matter how much I adjust the buckwheat filling it doesn't hold shape (which is a claim in the description) and it feels like sleeping on a brick! I reached out to the company but all they responded with was dry uncaring responses about their no return policy and that it's unhygienic to take the pillows back. Considering these pills are made primarily from a natural material which could be exchanged out for likely pennies and the pillow case probably costs $10-$15 max, they're making a huge profit off these pillows and should be able to accept returns for customers who have issues with this type of pillow. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying from them to anyone.

Really love your products! This rating didn't reflect your company's doing, but the shipper. I can't stand Lasership, they never deliver to your door. I live in a building and my package was left in the lobby as Lasership always does. This was for a free pillow, so I'm not really stressing it, but maybe consider no longer using them, so frustrating.

I was not home last night and when I went to get pillow this morning it was wet through the box through the outer two coverings of the pillow the inner buckwheat was wet. I believe it’s no good because how do I dry it out? It’ll get moldy. It’s not supposed to get wet. I can take pictures.

The pillow is larger than I realized and it is very hard, even after removing some of the buckwheat. But my major upset is your return policy. I have never heard of something sold online that is not returnable. This should be made more clear. I would not have purchased it

While placing my order, I did not see an option to send it to a different address and I clicked by accident! Then even though I immediately I tried contact them,….they answered too late and refused to do anything..so I said I will dispute it with my credit card company….this was my response : This was the All Sales are final as per our return policy. This means no changes can be made after an order is placed. If you don’t understand that and feel like you have to dispute with your credit card for an error you made, then we will be forced to open a case with a small claims court to protect our business from fraud. So I decided to not only dispute it with my credit card company, but report it to the Better Business Bureau and write a bad review! As you can see by the response below they do not have good business practices-they’re selling a buckwheat hull pillow for over $100 each /and that’s on sale! Who is taking advantage of who? I just asked for my shipment to go to another address as it was a gift and, this is what I get…. …..Shame on you Pine Tails! You did it to yourself! Look at the reviews of your business practices and how your responses are to your paying customers…that says it all! Look into the time of my order and the time of my email and you will see I tried to contact you right away…I am a senior and I am not so good on the computer as well $200 is a lot of money to loose- you should be more considerate with your policies when there’s been mistakes and I shouldn’t have to absorb anything when you could easily have just changed the shipping address. Also I did see that you requested UPS return the shipment back to you ..so that I will not even get it. Does this mean that this is resolved? Will I be getting a refund or will you be redirecting it to the person I was gifting it to?

I placed an order but changed my mind so I reached out to customer service to cancel the order I had just placed. They quickly responded that there are no refunds and I told them I should be able to cancel an order since they had not shipped it yet. Then they proceeded to tell me they cancelled my order but blacklisted me because they have to pay fees for every transaction. That's not my problem. It's the cost of doing business in the US. Their customer service is rude and I wasn't going to order from them again anyway because of their rude behavior. Buyer beware. I can understand not accepting returns because there's a lot of return fraud happening. But in this case, they had not shipped the product and I had nothing to return so it should have been a simple request by they had to go and ruin my experience with their rude behavior. Who blocks a customer for wanting to cancel an order? People should be free to change their minds. Edit: As you can see from their response, they are rude and uncaring. I've taken my business elsewhere. Y'all aren't worth it.

One of the worst customer service i have ever seen in my online shipping experience. They have fake reviews. I contacted them online and they never replied. I contacted them on etsy and they blocked my account. Then after weeks i received an email saying they can ship to my country. Their site also mentioned they can ship internationally. I am about the place my order and they say do not contact them anymore, they cannot ship to my account. If you cannot ship, why do you put worldwide shipping most rude customer service

I tried and I did not like the hardness of the pillow. It is like sleeping on the ground. So I reached out to PineTales to return the product. They said there were NO RETURNS. I said : I am not satisfied with the product you sold me. I didn’t purchase the wrong size of the pillow. The pillow feels like lying your head on the ground. Pretty expensive gamble for whoever buys your pillow and is not satisfied with your product. NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! Something tells me you have a lot of people trying to return the product. Hmm? This is what they said: "We don't force anyone to buy our products. It is your choice to make a purchase with us or elsewhere. And when you purchase with us, you legally agree to our return policy". We cannot do anything else than list our return policy on our website. Reading it is up to you as the customer.
