The quote and ordering process.
The quote and ordering process has been fantastic! Customer service followed up with me with reminders and kind responses until I was ready to place my order. Can’t wait to see the finished product!! Very exciting!

A+ for Sports Pins
As a graphic designer, Pin Depot is my go to for sports pins. I simply upload my design, receive a proof and order. The results are always very high quality.

Incorrect on my part
When I put my information into the website incorrectly, you all were on it immediately, taking care of me so I didn't have any issues with my order. You all are very good at what you do and have good customer service representatives. They were not happy until I was happy. That is top notch in my opinion.
