This is a spammer. The bought a bad email list with names of past employees from over 10 years ago, emailed them without their permission and when you the main number you get a voice recording. Sending emails to deceased employees is not a way to gain my trust. Buying email lists and spamming people is against the law. They should read the CAN/SPAMM act passed by our US congress.

No Communication There has been no communication on status of the order and we have not yet received it. We would think you would wait until receipt before asking how you did. Any help in tracking the shipment and understanding why is is on hold would be appreciated.

Upon checking, a tracking number should have been sent to your registered email address at the time of dispatch. If you haven’t found it yet, I recommend checking your spam or junk mail folders, as sometimes our emails can be redirected there. Regarding the status of your order, please note that it was shipped using DHL. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there are instances, especially in busy months like December, where delays can occur due to increased shipping volumes. It’s not uncommon for carriers like DHL to temporarily put shipments on hold during these peak times. Although this is beyond our control, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly. We are here to assist you in tracking your shipment and addressing any further concerns. If you require the tracking number again or need help in tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Rest assured, a slight delay in transit, particularly around this time of year, is usually nothing to worry about.

I would have assumed that the $50 would have automatically been deducted at check out and I did not see a place to check. I was very disappointed and told it was too late........after I had spent all that money.....
